Section 2: You can Receive Jesus Christ as your Savior right now.
You can receive the promise of eternal life that Jesus died for you to have. Out of pure love for you, Jesus died on the cross and rose again to give us the gift of the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life. The moment you receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and savior, his Holy Spirit comes into your heart and begins a new work of salvation. He begins to fill you with his peace, hope, and love. He makes you a brand new created in Christ as the Old Things pass away. You become born again as Jesus told us we must do.
To Receive Jesus as Your Savior here is a suggested prayer to pray in Faith: God will do exactly what he says he will come into your life and give you eternal life as you pray this prayer by faith:
Lord Jesus, I want to know you personally. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive you as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving me of my sins and giving me eternal life. Make me the kind of person you want me to be!
